Uploading Your Financial Statements

Income Statement

• Export an Excel file from QuickBooks (or your accounting software) for Oct 1, 2024 – Sept 30,
  2025
• Include each revenue and expense account as a line item—no summaries
• Use “Customize Report” to add “Previous Period” sub-columns (12-months ending Sept 30,
  2024) for year-over-year comparison
• Break out revenue by class:
  • Maintenance
  • Construction/Install
  • Enhancement
  • Snow
  • Other revenue streams can be listed separately and will be recoded accordingly
  • No divisional cost breakdown needed
• Balance Sheet
  • Create an Excel report for Sept 30, 2024 and Sept 30, 2025
  • Display columns by year (no % or $ change columns)
  • For QuickBooks Desktop, include a comparison as of 9/30/2025
  • Name both files with your company name
  • Upload by Nov 6
  • Use this Dropbox link to securely upload both Excel files.
