In 2016, he changed the approach from the typical “Rent a CFO” model to building a comprehensive process to bring financial leadership, in the form of CFO-level perspective, strategy, and coaching to smaller companies. Our main goal is to help businesses grow their profit margins and owners gain more life margin, a welcome change.
